Why Do This

Who We Are

How Can You Help

The Freedom Pen Project is a collaboration of woodworkers to say thank you in a small way to the men and women in uniform that are on the front lines protecting us and our way of life.

The project started with an idea by Keith Outten, the owner/operator of Saw Mill Creek who in discussion with Ken Salisbury, one of the moderators, decided to do this project.

If anyone would like to join us we sure could use the help, we need 100,000 pens if we are to give one to every soldier in harms way serving overseas. Consider this  a "Call to Arms" all Ye Pen-Turners and honorable members of Sawmill Creek... and any other fellow woodworkers - - - Will You Help?
