I really enjoy working with Louise Ortega.  She is a wealth of information, reliable, a provider of great ideas for all facets of the business, very pleasant to be around - always in a great mood!  She will drop anything when you have a question or a problem.  As a new agent she really helped me by transferring her knowledge, and more importantly, setting aside her valuable time for me, on a weekly basis.  I am now off and running in the business and owe most of my new found success to the help of Louise Ortega!
